The Airtel –Sawal Mein Hai Jawab Contest is subject to Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Terms”).

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING TO USE THIS SERVICE CURRENTLY KNOWN AS AIRTEL Sawal Mein Hai Jawab OFFER (“Offer”). BY PROCEEDING WITH REGISTRATION AND USE OF AIRTEL CASH AND CAR OFFER, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT USE AIRTEL SAWAL MEIN HAI JAWAB OFFER SERVICES

TERMS

This offer is open for a limited period of 31 days (“Offer Period”), for the pre-paid as well as post paid category of cellular subscribers of AIRTEL in all telecom circles.
This Offer is valid only for existing category of active Subscribers who fulfill the following criteria:

i) Subscribers who are 18 years or above.

ii) Subscribers who are citizen of India

iii) Subscriber Should not have any criminal record nor should he/she be of an unsound mind

To participate:

i) Call 3030 and select “Airtel Sawaal Mein Hai Jawaab ” by punching in the appropriate key.

ii) There will be simple questions to be answered.

iii) Every right answer will get the subscriber 10 points.

iv) Once the user completes all the questions , he will be allowed to participate again by answering the same questions.

PRIZE:

The eligible Subscriber shall be eligible to win the following prizes –

At the end of the contest the highest scorer will win Rs. 200,000 cash prize, further, the second highest scorer will win Rs. 100,000 cash prize and the third highest scorer will win 50,000 Rs. cash prize. Besides all this 30 holiday packages will be won by the next 30 highest scorers.In case of a tie, One97, the organizer of this offer, shall select one winner out of the highest scorers on a random basis, other prizes will be distributed in the same manner

· Calls to the number 3030 shall be charged at Rs 6/- (Rupees Six Only) per minute.

· This offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis and participation of eligible subscribers is voluntary.

· The Subscriber hereby further understands and agrees that one97 shall be solely responsible for inter-alia the selection of the winners and delivery of the prize. One97 shall be solely liable for all/any representations/warranties/communications made to the Subscriber regarding the aforesaid.

· There is no cash alternative to this offer.

· The Prize(s) under the Offer shall not be assignable, transferable, or exchanged especially for cash under any circumstances.

· The Subscriber hereby understands and agrees that Bharti Airtel’s responsibility in the offer is limited to communicating the list of eligible Subscribers to One97.

· The Subscriber hereby understands and gives his/her irrevocable consent for personal information relating to the Subscriber to be exchanged with One97.

· Bharti Airtel is neither responsible nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services being offered as prizes nor is liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed, by the subscribers under this offer. One97 is also not liable for any defect/deficiency in the prize(s) so offered or availed, by the subscribers under this promotional offer

· The prize(s) under the offer is neither assignable nor transferable under any circumstances.

· All the prizes shall be subject to such other terms and conditions as may be applicable to specific prizes and shall have to be duly complied with by the winner.

· The prize(s) to the winner shall be given subject to compliance with all applicable statutory legislations/ processes /formalities in connection with the prize(s) and on production all such documents/papers as required by Bharti Airtel/One97 before accepting the delivery of the prize. Any failure on the part of the winner to comply with directions issued by Bharti Airtel/One97 for claim of prize shall entitle Bharti Airtel/One97 to forfeit the prize/s.

· The employees of AIRTEL and One97 and its group companies, vendors, affiliate or associate companies shall not be eligible for this offer/scheme/programme.

· In case the said Prizes are not available, than any gift of equivalent value will be given.

· All incidental costs/taxes/levies related to the prize(s) shall be exclusively borne by the subscriber.

· The employees of Bharti Airtel and its group companies, vendors, affiliate or associate companies shall not be eligible for this offer.

· This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any alternative offer or promotion.

· The Subscriber hereby agrees and undertakes not to hold Bharti Airtel/One97 and/or or any of their group entities or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses that the Subscriber may/might have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claims to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and /or on account of the present Offer.

· Bharti Airtel/One97 shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal loss or injury that may be suffered (including loss of life), to a Subscriber and/or any third party, directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of the prize.

· The prize(s) must be claimed within 30 days of receiving the intimation from One97 failing which Bharti Airtel/One97 reserve the right to forfeit the same.

· This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any alternative offer or promotion.

· The decision of AIRTEL and One97 in respect of all transactions under this offer shall be final and binding.

· This offer is subject to force maejure circumstances i.e. Act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Bharti Airtel.

· The terms and conditions stated herein shall not override the terms and conditions of the Subscriber Enrolment Form.

· The offer is valid subject to compliance with all formalities as required by Bharti Airtel/One97. Any failure on the part of the subscriber to comply with the specified formalities shall disqualify the Subscriber.

· This offer is subject to guidelines/directions issued by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India or any other statutory authority from time to time.

· The decision of Bharti Airtel and One97 in respect of all transactions under this offer shall be final and binding.

· Bharti Airtel and One97 reserve the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this offer or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria at its sole discretion at anytime during it’s validity as may be required in view of business exigencies and/or changes by regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and the same shall be binding on the Subscriber.

· The present offer is administered by One97.

· The Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Delhi.
