  • This offer is open for a limited period of 30 days for the pre-paid as well as post-paid category of subscribers of Reliance Communications Limited (hereinafter   Reliance) for all telecom circles.
  • This offer is valid only for existing category of active Subscribers  who fulfill the following criteria:
    • You must be a citizen of India
    • You must not have any criminal record nor be of an unsound mind

 

  • To participate:
    • Call 53030 and select “Kaun Banega Lakhpati” Service by punching in the appropriate key.
    • The caller will be informed about the contest,
    • He has to answer the questions and on each right answer he will get 10 points.
    • After every answer s/he will be told the score.
    • He can keep calling to increase points
    • At the end of the contest the caller with highest points will win 1 lakh RS Cash.
  • Note:
    • Charges ----- Rs. 6/- per minute.
    • This offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis and participation of eligible subscribers is voluntary.
    • There is no cash alternative to this offer.
    • The Subscriber hereby understands and gives his/her irrevocable consent for personal information relating to the Subscriber to be exchanged with One97.
    •   Reliance Limited is neither responsible nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services being offered as prizes nor is liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed, by the subscribers under this offer
    • The Subscriber hereby agrees and undertakes not to hold   Reliance/One97 and/or or any of their group entities or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses that the Subscriber may/might have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claims to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and /or on account of the present Offer.
    • The subscriber shall indemnify and hold   Reliance Limited and One97 harmless and indemnified against any action, suit, compliant, damages, etc, arising out of and/or in relation with the use of Service provided under this Offer by the Subscriber
    • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any alternative offer or promotion.
    • This offer is subject to force maejure circumstances i.e. Act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of   Reliance
    • The terms and conditions stated herein shall not override the terms and conditions of the Subscriber Enrolment Form.
    • The offer is valid subject to compliance with all formalities as required by   Reliance/One97.  Any failure on the part of the subscriber to comply with the specified formalities shall disqualify the Subscriber. This offer is subject to guidelines/directions issued by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India or any other statutory authority from time to time.
    • The decision of   Reliance and One97 in respect of all transactions under this offer shall be final and binding.
    •  Reliance and One97 reserve the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this offer or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria at its sole discretion at anytime during it’s validity as may be required in view of business exigencies and/or changes by regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and the same shall be binding on the Subscriber.
    • The present offer is administered by One97.
    • The Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Delhi.
    • Prizes will be delivered within the 3months of closure of the contest.
    • In gratifications the taxes will be applicable as per the law.
