The Airtel –Cash and Car Contest is subject to Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Terms”).

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING TO USE THIS SERVICE CURRENTLY KNOWN AS AIRTEL CASH AND CAR OFFER (“Offer”). BY PROCEEDING WITH REGISTRATION AND USE OF AIRTEL CASH AND CAR OFFER, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT USE AIRTEL CASH AND CAR OFFER SERVICES

TERMS

  • This Offer is organized by One97 (“One97”) in association with Bharti Airtel Limited (“AIRTEL”). 
  • This offer is open for a limited period of 31 days (“Offer Period”), for the pre-paid as well as post paid category of cellular subscribers of AIRTEL in all telecom circles.
  • This Offer is valid only for existing category of active Subscribers who fulfill the following criteria:

i)                    Subscribers who are 18 years or above.

ii)                   Subscribers who are citizen of India

iii)                 Subscriber Should not have any criminal record nor should he/she be of an unsound mind

  • To participate:

i)                    Call 3030 and select “Cash and Car Contest” by punching in the appropriate key.

ii)                   The Subscriber shall be asked questions each of which shall have four options.

iii)                 For every right answer given by the Subscriber he/she would get ten (10) points. The Subscriber shall have the option of answering as many questions as he/she wishes and keep  accumulating points / adding points through out the Offer Period.

iv)                 After every two (2) right answers given by the Subscriber, an automatic fresh entry shall be made of the Subscriber’s mobile number in the daily lucky draw. There is no bar at the number of entries that a Subscriber can have in the daily lucky draw.

v)                  The Subscriber shall be told his/her score during the call and also through a SMS after  the termination of the call.

  • PRIZE:

The eligible Subscriber shall be eligible to win the following prizes –

i)                    First Prize – Toyota Innova (this shall be given to the Subscriber earning the highest number of points.

ii)                   Daily Prize – Cash  Rs.20,000 (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) (this shall be given to one eligible subscriber daily , the eligible subscriber would be selected  by our daily lucky draw

·        Calls to the number 3030 shall be charged at Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten Only) per minute.

·        This Offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis and participation of eligible subscribers is voluntary. By registering/ Participating in this Offer, the Subscriber shall be deemed to have understood and unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions and be bound by the same. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment on the part of One97 or AIRTEL to further conduct same/ similar Offers.

·        Subscriber shall directly contact one97 at 9818095197 regarding any queries/complaints. Alternatively the subscriber can send an email to abhay@one97.net. All disputes must be addressed by the Subscriber in writing to one97 directly and AIRTEL shall not entertain any communication in this regard.

·        The Subscriber hereby further understands and agrees that one97 shall be solely responsible for inter-alia the selection of the winners and delivery of the prize.  One97 shall be solely liable for all/any representations/warranties/communications made to the Subscriber regarding the aforesaid.

·        The Subscriber hereby understands and agrees that AIRTEL’S responsibility in the Offer is limited to communicating the list of eligible Subscribers to One97.

·        The Subscriber hereby understands and gives his/her irrevocable consent for personal information relating to the Subscriber to be exchanged with One97.

.         AIRTEL and One97 neither responsible nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services being offered as prizes nor is liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed, by the subscribers under this offer. AIRTEL and One97 is also not liable for any defect/deficiency in the prize(s) so offered or availed, by the Subscribers under this promotional offer.

·        The Prize(s) under the Offer shall not be assignable, transferable, or exchanged especially for cash under any circumstances.

·        The Subscriber shall not have the right to upgrade / change the model /design or colour of the gifts.

·        The pictures of the assured gifts on any material, promotional or otherwise are merely illustrative and are not an indication of the size / colour of the gifts.

·        The Prizes are subject to the availability of stocks. In the event that the same is not available any gift of equivalent value will be given to the Subscriber at the sole discretion of One97.

·        All the prizes shall be subject to such other terms and conditions as may be applicable to specific prizes and shall have to be duly complied with by the Winner. All incidental costs/taxes/levies related to the gifts/discounts/benefits shall be exclusively borne by the Winner.

·        It shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner(s) to collect his/her Prize within thirty (30) days of the same being declared. After the said date, the Prize shall be forfeited and the Winner(s) shall have no right, title or interest in the same. Further, the organizers shall be free to do what it deems fit and proper with the Prize and no demand(s)/claim(s)/ communication(s) shall be entertained by One97/ AIRTEL from the original winner in this regard.

·        AIRTEL reserve the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this offer or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria at its sole discretion and without giving any prior intimation to the Subscriber, at anytime during it’s validity as may be required in view of business exigencies and/or changes by regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and the same shall be binding on the Subscriber.

·        The employees of AIRTEL and One97 and its group companies, vendors, affiliate or associate companies shall not be eligible for this offer/scheme/programme.

·        The Prize(s) to the winner shall be given subject to compliance with all applicable statutory legislations/ processes /formalities in connection with the prize(s) and on production all such documents/papers as required by AIRTEL/One97 before accepting the delivery of the prize. Any failure on the part of the winner to comply with directions issued by AIRTEL/One97 for claim of prize shall entitle AIRTEL/One97 to forfeit the prize(s).

·        The Subscriber hereby agrees and undertakes not to hold AIRTEL/One97 and/or or any of their group entities or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses that the Subscriber may/might have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claims to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and /or on account of the present Offer.

·         AIRTEL/One97 shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal loss or injury that may be suffered (including loss of life), to a Subscriber and/or any third party, directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of the prize.

·        This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any alternative offer or promotion.

·        This Offer is subject to force maejure circumstances i.e. Act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of AIRTEL.

·        The terms and conditions stated herein shall not override the terms and conditions of the Subscriber Enrolment Form/Airtel Pre paid Enrolment Form. The Subscriber/s shall have to complete all the documentation formalities i.e. inter alia filling up the SEF/ APEF along with submissions of necessary documents etc. as specified by AIRTEL.

·        The offer is valid subject to compliance with all formalities as required by  AIRTEL/One97.  Any failure on the part of the subscriber to comply with the specified formalities shall disqualify the Subscriber.

·        This offer is subject to guidelines/directions issued by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India or any other statutory authority from time to time.

·        The decision of AIRTEL and One97 in respect of all transactions under this offer shall be final and binding.

·        AIRTEL and One97 reserve the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this offer or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria at its sole discretion at anytime during it’s validity as may be required in view of business exigencies and/or changes by regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and the same shall be binding on the Subscriber.

·        The present offer is administered by One97.

·         The Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Delhi.
