Service The following are the terms and conditions for use of the One97 Service. Please read them carefully. Acceptance Of Terms Welcome to One97. One97 provides its services to you, subject to the following Terms of Service, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. use the One97 Service. If you are not a Resident Indian, you may access, use
and avail of the One97 Service only to the extent that the laws of Governing Law The Laws of India shall govern the validity, construction and
enforceability of this Agreement in all respects. You and One97 agree to
submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located
within General Information The section titles in this agreement are for only for convenience and do not affect the meaning of the relative clause. One97 may sub-contract and employ agents to carry out any of its obligations under this contract. One97 may transfer or assign its rights and obligations under this contract to any other entity. The Service would operate during timings specified by the One97. Any Payment Instruction(s) received after the specified time on any day shall be deemed to have been received on the next Business Day. The Service is governed by the guidelines issued by the RBI from time to time. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
