Tambola for Airtel Gujarat

 

  1. The "Tambola" contest ("Contest") is being organized by One97 Communications (P) Ltd. New Delhi, India  
  2. Participation in Contest is purely voluntary. Participation fee of Rs.5 (Rupees five only) for a ticket, Rs.20 (Rupees Twenty Only) for Weekly pass  will be charged  To be eligible for the participation in the Contest, participant must be an Indian resident who has completed the age of 18 years at the time of participation in the Contest.
  1. Weekly Pass consist of 7 tickets i.e. 1 ticket for 1 day.
  1. The ticket shall be valid only one day from date of issuance.   This is not applicable for King of Tam bola.
  1. The eligible contestants shall have to answer questions to claim the prizes.  
  1. Names of Winners shall be displayed on http://www. One97world.com & http://www.airtel.in.
  1. Winners shall be informed through Telecalling or SMS.  
  1. Prizes received under Contest shall not be transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or otherwise. Prizes cannot be substituted for other articles or gifts.
  1. Names, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail identities and/or photographs of Winners may be used by Organizers at their sole discretion for commercial, publicity or promotional purposes.
  1. Organizers shall not be responsible for any cost, expense or other liability whatsoever in relation to, arising from or connected with Prizes. Organizers shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, damage or other consequence whatsoever arising from, suffered or incurred by Winner from or in relation to Prizes.
  1. Contest shall be subject to the laws of India, including tax laws, rules and regulations as may be applicable to Winners. Winners shall be solely responsible for payment of applicable taxes to concerned authorities in respect of the Prizes as may be required by law prior to delivery of Prizes.
  1. Winners shall be required to show proof of tax payment and also sign a declaration as per the format provided by the Organizers within 1 week from the declaration of winner in respect of the taxes paid by the Winner as applicable on the prizes. In case of nonpayment of taxes by any Winner, prizes will be forfeited and may be given out to other participants as the Organizers may deem fit. A draft of the affidavit and indemnity bond is described as per rules & regulation.
  1. Organizers offer no guarantee or warranty in respect of any of the prizes. The manufacturers, services providers.
  1. All costs and expenses for collecting, redeeming or utilizing the Prize/s will be borne by the respective Winner and no claim of whatsoever nature will be entertained by the Organizers in this regard. Apart from the entitlement to the prize, the winner or his/her legal heirs will have no other rights or claims against Bharti Cellular Limited.
  1. All decisions of Organizers in relation to Contest shall be final and binding upon participants and Winners. No correspondence or objection shall be entertained in this regard.
  1. Any disputes arising from or in relation to Contest shall be subject exclusive jurisdiction to Courts at Ahmedabad. Contest is only applicable in the state of Gujarat.
  1. Employees of M/s Bharti Airtel Limited & One97 communication Pvt limited shall not be eligible to participate in Contest.
  2. Participation in this Contest implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the Contest.
