Trip to Indonesia Contest is subject to following Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Terms”).

* The "Trip to Indonesia" contest ("Contest") is organized by One97 Communications Ltd. hereinafter referred to as ("Organizers").

Bharti Airtel Limited (hereinafter “Airtel”) has only provided media i.e short code for the contest on request from the Organizers and Airtel has no stake, interest, control over the Contest. Airtel subscribers participating in the Contest, shall be entering into this contest at their sole discretion, risk and understanding with the Organizers. Airtel has not made any proposal, request, promise or offer to its esteemed subscribers regarding the Contest or their participation in the Contest. Subscribers are requested to go through the Terms and Conditions of the Contest. Airtel shall not be responsible for any breach of promises made by the organizers.

This Contest and its terms and conditions have been designed/framed by the Organizers and Organizers are solely responsible for its execution.

* Participation in Contest is purely voluntary. There is no participation fee, except for the applicable premium SMS /voice call charges by Airtel.

* This offer is for 60 days from the date of launch of this contest for all the pre-paid and post-paid category of subscribers of Airtel for all telecom circles.

*You as a user agree that you are legally capable to enter the Contest and agree to the Terms and that you are competent (i.e. you are of sufficient age and mental capacity) and eligible to enter into legally binding agreement. You agree to abide by the Terms in its entirety. If you do not agree to any of the Terms you should not use this service. One97 reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time.

* To get a chance to win the prizes, users will have to participate in the Contest via voice call at Rs6/min (on short code XXXXX) or sms the keyword 'TTI' at Rs3/sms, to short code XXXXX. Upon receipt of call or sms message from user, it is presumed that user has understood and accepted the terms and conditions and have agreed to receive the contest question. The answers to the question would have to be selected by you from the options provided with the contest question. For each right answer user will get 10 points. User can earn 50 bonus points by recommending a friend’s mobile no. who he thinks might be interested in playing this contest. The user earns another 50 bonus points once the recommended friend starts playing this contest. The recommended friend also earns 50 bonus points for accepting the invitation to play; by playing this contest. User is required to complete the Contest successfully on the same platform; before the closing hours of the Contest Period. To be eligible for prizes, users would need to comply with the rules as set forth herein within the prescribed time period and complete the formalities.

* A person shall not be entitled to more than one prize.

* Bumper prize: Trip to Indonesia. This prize will include economy class return air tickets for self and spouse (ex-Delhi) to Indonesia.. No other costs or expenses will be paid by the Organizers and the winners will have to make their own arrangement for any other expenses not mentioned in the aforesaid prize.

* Two monthly prizes: A Window AC will be given to the each individual monthly prize winner.

* Eight Weekly prizes: A Digital camera will be given to each individual winner of the weekly prize.

* The selection of prizes is as per the sole discretion of One97. One97 reserves its rights to modify the terms and conditions of the Contest, prizes, etc., without notice to the users. One97 reserves the right to cancel any part or all of the prizes.

* Names of Winners shall be posted on Organiser's website http://www.one97world.com ("Website"). Winners shall also be informed individually by letters / emails / telephone calls sent through courier and/or on telephone or mobile phone

* Organizers' decision in regard to Winners shall be final and binding. No communication or objection shall be entertained in this regard. The winners shall win prizes as announced by One97.

* Winners of any Prizes for traveling aboard shall have to make their own arrangement for traveling documents such as passport, visa, foreign exchange etc. at their own costs and expenses. Organisers shall not be responsible for making any arrangement for such documents and shall not entertain any request in this regard. In the event, any winner is unable to provide the Organizers with sufficient proof to the satisfaction of the Organizers of obtaining the travel documents, then the Organizers may forfeit the prize at their sole discretion.

* Prizes received under Contest shall not be transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or otherwise. Prizes cannot be substituted for other articles or gifts.

* Names, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail identities and/or photographs of Winners may be used by Organizers at their sole discretion for sending out commercial information and/or for other commercial, publicity or promotional purposes.

* One97 and Airtel shall not be responsible for any cost, expense or other liability whatsoever in relation to, arising from or connected with Prizes.

* One97 and Airtel shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, damage or other consequence whatsoever arising from, suffered or incurred by Winner from or in relation to Prizes.

* Contest shall be subject to the laws of India, including tax laws, rules and regulations as may be applicable to Winners. Winners shall be solely responsible for payment of applicable taxes to concerned authorities in respect of the Prizes as may be required by law prior to delivery of Prizes. Winners shall be required to show proof of tax payment and also sign a declaration as per the format provided by the Organisers, in respect of the taxes paid by the Winner as applicable on the prizes. In case of non-payment of taxes by any Winner, Prizes will be forfeited.

* One97 and Airtel offer no guarantee or warranty in respect of any of the prizes. The manufacturers, services providers, supplier of the Prizes alone shall be liable for any guarantee or warranty, if any.

* All costs and expenses for collecting, redeeming or utilizing the Prize/s will be borne by the respective Winner and no claim of whatsoever nature will be entertained by the One97 and Airtel in this regard. Apart from the entitlement to the prize, the winner or his/her legal heirs will have no other rights or claims against One97 and Airtel.

* One97 and Airtel shall not be responsible for:- (i) any sms message delivery failures; (ii) for any SPAM generated messages; (iii) for the Operator code not being displayed on the user's mobile phone; (iv) any lost, late or misdirected computer transmission or network, electronic failures of any kind or any failure to receive entries owing to transmission failures or due to any technical reasons and (v) other conditions beyond its reasonable control.

* All decisions of Organizers in relation to Contest shall be final and binding upon participants and Winners. No correspondence or objection shall be entertained in this regard.

* This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any alternative offer or promotion.

* This offer is subject to force majure circumstances i.e. Act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of One97 and Airtel.

* The terms and conditions stated herein shall not override the terms and conditions of the Subscriber Enrolment Form of Airtel.

* The offer is valid subject to compliance with all formalities as required by Airtel/ One97. Any failure on the part of the subscriber to comply with the specified formalities shall disqualify the Subscriber. This offer is subject to guidelines/directions issued by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India or any other statutory authority from time to time.

* Any disputes arising from or in relation to Contest shall be subject exclusively to New Delhi jurisdiction.

* Employees of One97 and Airtel/or their associate, subsidiary or joint venture companies and their respective immediate family members shall not be eligible to participate in Contest.

* Any disputes arising from or in relation to Contest shall be subject exclusively to New Delhi jurisdiction.

* Participation in this Contest implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the Contest.
