PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING TO USE THIS SERVICE CURRENTLY KNOWN AS NUMBER LAGAO KHAZANA PAO. TERMS

This offer is open for a limited period of one month, for the pre-paid as well as post-paid category of cellular subscribers of BSNL of Gujrat, UP West, Punjab & Rajasthan Circles.
This offer is valid only for existing category of active subscribers who fulfill the following criteria:

You must be above 18 years of age.
You must be a citizen of India
You must not have any criminal record nor be of an unsound mind.

To participate:

Call 1255414 and select “NUMBER LAGAO KHAZANA PAO” by punching in the appropriate key, the contest may also be offered on a direct call in number.
It’s a question answer contest where you will be asked the questions that are based on bollywood movies and their songs. On every correct answer you will get 1 point. After you collect 100 points you will get a Silver Coin as a sure shot prize and once you are able to collect 500 points then you will get a sure shot Gold Coin. And at the end of the contest if you are the highest scorer, then you will get a Nokia N series mobile handset.

The Subscriber hereby understands and agrees that BSNL’s responsibility in the offer is limited to communicating the list of eligible Subscribers to One97.
The Subscriber hereby understands and gives his/her irrevocable consent for personal information relating to the Subscriber to be exchanged with One97.
The Subscriber hereby understands and gives his/her irrevocable consent for receiving SMS promotional messages throughout the duration of the contest.
BSNL is neither responsible nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services being offered as prizes nor is liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed, by the subscribers under this offer. One97 is also not liable for any defect/deficiency in the prize(s) so offered or availed, by the subscribers under this promotional offer.
The prize(s) under the offer is neither assignable nor transferable under any circumstances.
All the prizes shall be subject to such other terms and conditions as may be applicable to specific prizes and shall have to be duly complied with by the winner.
The prize(s) to the winner shall be given subject to compliance with all applicable statutory legislations/ processes /formalities in connection with the prize(s) and on production all such documents/papers as required by BSNL/One97 before accepting the delivery of the prize. Any failure on the part of the winner to comply with directions issued by BSNL/One97 for claim of prize shall entitle BSNL/One97 to forfeit the prize/s.
All incidental costs/taxes/levies related to the prize(s) shall be exclusively borne by the subscriber.
The employees of BSNL and its group companies, vendors, affiliate or associate companies shall not be eligible for this offer.
The Subscriber hereby agrees and undertakes not to hold BSNL/One97 and/or or any of their group entities or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses that the Subscriber may/might have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claims to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and /or on account of the present Offer.
BSNL/One97 shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal loss or injury that may be suffered (including loss of life), to a Subscriber and/or any third party, directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of the prize.
The prize(s) must be claimed within 30 days of receiving the intimation from One97 failing which BSNL/One97 reserve the right to forfeit the same.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any alternative offer or promotion.
This offer is subject to force measure circumstances i.e. Act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of BSNL.
The terms and conditions stated herein shall not override the terms and conditions of the Subscriber Enrolment Form.
The offer is valid subject to compliance with all formalities as required by BSNL/One97. Any failure on the part of the subscriber to comply with the specified formalities shall disqualify the Subscriber.
This offer is subject to guidelines/directions issued by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India or any other statutory authority from time to time.
The decision of BSNL and One97 in respect of all transactions under this offer shall be final and binding.
BSNL and One97 reserve the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this offer or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria at its sole discretion at anytime during it’s validity as may be required in view of business exigencies and/or changes by regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and the same shall be binding on the Subscriber.
The present offer is administered by One97.
The Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in respective circles.
