PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING TO USE THIS SERVICE CURRENTLY KNOWN AS AIRTEL M-CLASSIFIED SERVICE (“Service”). BY PROCEEDING WITH REGISTRATION AND USE OF AIRTEL M-CLASSIFIED SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT USE AIRTEL M-CLASSIFIED SERVICE

This Service is open for a limited period and shell remain valid till dec 1, 2007. for the pre-paid as well as post-paid category of cellular subscribers of Bharti Airtel Limited (hereinafter Bharti Airtel) of all telecom circle of Himachal.
This Service is valid only for existing category of active Subscribers who fulfill the following criteria:

You must be a citizen of India
You must not have any criminal record nor be of an unsound mind

To use:

Call 5303060 and select “M-Classified Service” by punching in the appropriate key.
He/She will listen to the welcome message “Welcome to M-Classified Service, It a platform to buy or sell new or old products. So let us start shopping or selling right now!!!”
He get following options “Press 1 to Sell your products, press 2 to Buy products, Press 3 To listen and modify your previously recorded advertisements, press 4 to listen to sample advertisement, press 5 to know more about m-classified Service. Press 6 to change your language of preference”.
Caller has to choose the option and the category, Please choose the Product category.

For Property press 5
For home related items press 6
For Pets press 7
For Any Other Product press 8

o He can record his ad/or listen to ads posted by others on the portal.

He can also listen to help menu which explains the customer about the service “M-Classified Service, It a platform to buy or sell new or old products. Here you can post your Advertisements to sell your products. Our administrator will listen to ads and approve them. Your advertisement will be published on the portal within 48 hours. M-Classified service will show case you products and give better visibility to callers who are interested to buy products. You need to record your details and People interested in your products can contact you!!!! Remember your advertisements will be live on our portal for entire one month, after expiry of your Ad you can any time dial and record again.”
The Advertisements will be reviews/listened by the portal administrator and published on the portal in 48 hours.
Callers can any time edit the ads.

Note:
Charges ----- Rs. 6/- per minute.

This Service is being made purely on a “best effort” basis and participation of eligible subscribers is voluntary.
Subscriber shall directly contact one97 at 9818095197 regarding any queries/complaints. Alternatively the subscriber can send an email to abhay@one97.net. All disputes must be addressed by the Subscriber in writing to one97 directly and Bharti Airtel shall not entertain any communication in this regard.
There is no cash alternative to this Service.
The Subscriber hereby understands and gives his/her irrevocable consent for personal information relating to the Subscriber to be exchanged with One97.
Bharti Airtel Limited is neither responsible nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services being sold/purchased nor is liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed, by the subscribers under this Service
The Subscriber hereby agrees and undertakes not to hold Bharti Airtel/One97 and/or or any of their group entities or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses that the Subscriber may/might have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claims to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and /or on account of the present Service.
The subscriber shall indemnify and hold Bharti Airtel Limited and One97 harmless and indemnified against any action, suit, compliant, damages, etc, arising out of and/or in relation with the use of Service provided under this Service by the Subscriber
This Service cannot be used in conjunction with any alternative Service or promotion.
This Service is subject to force maejure circumstances i.e. Act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Bharti Airtel
The terms and conditions stated herein shall not override the terms and conditions of the Subscriber Enrolment Form.
The Service is valid subject to compliance with all formalities as required by Bharti Airtel/One97. Any failure on the part of the subscriber to comply with the specified formalities shall disqualify the Subscriber. This Service is subject to guidelines/directions issued by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India or any other statutory authority from time to time.
The decision of Bharti Airtel and One97 in respect of all transactions under this Service shall be final and binding.
Bharti Airtel and One97 reserve the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Service or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria at its sole discretion at anytime during it’s validity as may be required in view of business exigencies and/or changes by regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and the same shall be binding on the Subscriber.
The present Service is administered by One97.
The Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Delhi.
