  • This offer is open for a limited period and shell remain valid till Nov. 9, 2007. for the pre-paid as well as post-paid category of cellular subscribers of Bharti Airtel Limited (hereinafter Bharti Airtel) of all telecom circle of Delhi.
  • This offer is valid only for existing category of active Subscribers  who fulfill the following criteria:
    • You must be a citizen of India
    • You must not have any criminal record nor be of an unsound mind

 

  • To participate:
    • Call 52234 and select “Kon Banega Lakhpati Festival Spl. Service” by punching in the appropriate key.
    • The caller will be informed about the contest,
    • He has to answer the questions and on each right answer he will get 10 points.
    • After every two right answers he will cross one level.
    • He can keep calling and increasing levels and points
    • At the end of the contest the caller with highest points will win 1 lakh RS Cash.
  • Note:
    • Charges ----- Rs. 10/- per minute.

    • The terms and conditions stated herein shall not override the terms and conditions of the Subscriber Enrolment Form.
    • The offer is valid subject to compliance with all formalities as required by Bharti Airtel/One97.  Any failure on the part of the subscriber to comply with the specified formalities shall disqualify the Subscriber. This offer is subject to guidelines/directions issued by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India or any other statutory authority from time to time.
    • The decision of Bharti Airtel and One97 in respect of all transactions under this offer shall be final and binding.
    • Bharti Airtel and One97 reserve the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this offer or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria at its sole discretion at anytime during it’s validity as may be required in view of business exigencies and/or changes by regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and the same shall be binding on the Subscriber.

    • The Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Delhi.
