PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING TO USE THIS SERVICE CURRENTLY KNOWN AS AIRTEL FOOL BANAO / PLAY PRANK OFFER (“Offer”). BY PROCEEDING WITH REGISTRATION AND USE OF AIRTEL FOOL BANAO / PLAY PRANK OFFER, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT USE AIRTEL FOOL BANAO / PLAY PRANK OFFER SERVICES

  • This offer is open for a limited period and shell remain valid till April 1, 2007. for the pre-paid as well as post-paid category of cellular subscribers of Bharti Airtel Limited (hereinafter Bharti Airtel) of all telecom circle of Delhi.
  • This offer is valid only for existing category of active Subscribers  who fulfill the following criteria:
    • You must be a citizen of India
    • You must not have any criminal record nor be of an unsound mind

 

  • To participate:
    • Call 3030 and select “Fool Banao / Play Prank Service” by punching in the appropriate key.
    • The caller will be given two options, one is to record some funny Prank in his/her own voice or choose a pre-recorded clip. We have 5 Pre-recorded funny messages in this service.
    • Caller can provide a mobile number whom that want to fool on 1st April 2007. The out dial will go to the given number and the clip would be played..

o        If the listener disconnects the out dial call without listening to it. He would be informed via SMS about the mobile number of the person who was trying played the prank on him.

    • If the listener Completes the out dial call, He/she would be informed via SMS about the mobile number of the person who played the prank on him/her.
    • The sender would also get a notification SMS as soon the call finishes, He/She will come to know by SMS whether his prank was successful or not.
  • Note:
    • Charges ----- Rs. 6/- per minute.
    • This offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis and participation of eligible subscribers is voluntary.
    • Subscriber shall directly contact one97 at 9818095197 regarding any queries/complaints. Alternatively the subscriber can send an email to abhay@one97.net. All disputes must be addressed by the Subscriber in writing to one97 directly and Bharti Airtel shall not entertain any communication in this regard.
    • There is no cash alternative to this offer.
    • The Subscriber hereby understands and gives his/her irrevocable consent for personal information relating to the Subscriber to be exchanged with One97.
    • Bharti Airtel Limited is neither responsible nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services being offered as prizes nor is liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed, by the subscribers under this offer
    • The Subscriber hereby agrees and undertakes not to hold Bharti Airtel/One97 and/or or any of their group entities or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses that the Subscriber may/might have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claims to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and /or on account of the present Offer.
    • The subscriber shall indemnify and hold Bharti Airtel Limited and One97 harmless and indemnified against any action, suit, compliant, damages, etc, arising out of and/or in relation with the use of Service provided under this Offer by the Subscriber
    • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any alternative offer or promotion.
    • This offer is subject to force maejure circumstances i.e. Act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Bharti Airtel
    • The terms and conditions stated herein shall not override the terms and conditions of the Subscriber Enrolment Form.
    • The offer is valid subject to compliance with all formalities as required by Bharti Airtel/One97.  Any failure on the part of the subscriber to comply with the specified formalities shall disqualify the Subscriber. This offer is subject to guidelines/directions issued by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India or any other statutory authority from time to time.
    • The decision of Bharti Airtel and One97 in respect of all transactions under this offer shall be final and binding.
    • Bharti Airtel and One97 reserve the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this offer or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria at its sole discretion at anytime during it’s validity as may be required in view of business exigencies and/or changes by regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and the same shall be binding on the Subscriber.
    • The present offer is administered by One97.
    • The Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Delhi.
