The incumbent will be responsible for account management and sales with the existing and new accounts (Telecom Operators)
- - Revenue generation from the customers at a regional level, achieve targeted business growth numbers
- - Take the initiative and opportunity to identify, and create exciting new services for the mobile consumer
- - Techno-commercial interactions with customers
- - Tracking competition with regard to each account
- - Liaise with various intra-department teams pro-actively (Sales, pre-sales team and other account teams)
- - Up-selling of services and replicating services which have been doing well in other operators/circles
- - Ensuring efficient delivery of services including management of operator resources
- - Perform day-to-day account management activities like timely collection of payments, managing escalations

Skills

| 
|
- Prior experience managing multiple accounts in the area of telecom.
- Handling large client accounts and client relationship.
- Should have solutions selling experience, prior experience of solutions selling to mobile operators is an added advantage.
- Candidate from VAS, ISP and Telecom Industries would be preferred.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills.
- A go-getter and a team player
