The incumbent will be responsible for account management and sales with the existing and new accounts (Telecom Operators)

• - Revenue generation from  the customers at a regional level, achieve targeted business growth numbers
• - Take the initiative and opportunity to identify, and create exciting new services for the mobile consumer
• - Techno-commercial interactions with customers
• - Tracking competition with regard to each account
• - Liaise with various intra-department teams pro-actively (Sales, pre-sales team and other account teams)
• - Up-selling of services and replicating services which have been doing well in other operators/circles
• - Ensuring efficient delivery of services including management of operator resources
• - Perform day-to-day account management activities like timely collection of payments, managing escalations

To take end-to-end ownership of the product line, identify market requirements, define the product vision, create preliminary design concepts and drive the implementation of the overall product roadmap.

• Managing and scheduling of a team of support and implementation engineers
