One97 Communications (P) Ltd. has a vision statement that envisages “Defining and enabling telecom networks as best media to deliver content, information and intelligent transactions to consumers worldwide.” This vision thought by its leaders permeates through out this organization. In the past seven years, One97 has brought together a work pool of professionals, visionaries and dreamers who collectively have nurtured the ideals and their dreams into an environment where they not only exist and work but also thrive.

The belief that nothing is impossible and a dream can be delivered is the basis why One97 has a dynamic and youthful team that takes on challenges, that only one can think of. The mentoring system of the company with its leaders and team gives its members the tools and the freedom to venture out and take on projects and grow businesses - verticals, that seem to be in sync to the common goal.
